What you can do with Geistra
Geistra is the data harness for your AI agents: a shared home for your information that you and your AI apps work from. You keep things in Spaces, and every AI you connect can search, read and update them, under your permissions, across every conversation.
Apps and pages
Two ways to show something to people. Both can be shared with a public link that you approve first and can turn off at any time.

A public app can be a form anyone fills in, or tied to one record so a client updates only their own entry. A page can also be made by a scheduled task, like a prep sheet filled in every morning.
Spaces and information
- Create a Space for anything: a family, a trip, a client, a project. Start blank or from a template (bookkeeping, general project).
- Keep organized records with the fields you need: text, numbers, dates, choices, links to other records or files. Your AI can design the structure for you.
- Search by exact words, by meaning (“that place with the view”), or with filters. Every record and file, scanned pages included, is indexed for words and vectorized for meaning.
- Keep derivative information too: your AI can save its analysis (a summary, a comparison, the totals from a pile of receipts) as records in its own collection, so it lasts beyond the chat and others, people or AIs, can act on it.
- See every change: who made it, through which AI, and why, and every earlier version of a record. Catch up on what changed since you last looked.
- No silent overwrites: if two people change the same thing, Geistra stops and shows both, so you choose which to keep.
- Drafts: stage a big rework, review it, then apply it all at once.
- Move whole folders in at once with Migration: each top-level folder becomes a Space.
Files
- Upload documents, photos and zip files (zips are unpacked into their files). Everything is scanned for viruses before it can be used.
- Geistra reads the text, scanned pages included, so your AI can quote and cite the exact page (and Bates numbers where there are any).
- Attach files to records. A file attached to a record in a private collection becomes private too.
- Upload a new version of a file and its links keep working.
- Free: files up to 10 MB. Plus: files up to 200 MB and zips up to 1 GB. Pro: files up to 2 GB (long videos) and zips up to 5 GB.
Your AI apps
- Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP connectors. Each one gets its own permissions (allowed, ask me first, or never) and can be disconnected at any time.
- An AI never gets more access than you. Sensitive actions always wait for your approval in Geistra: inviting people, public links, running saved actions, applying drafts.
- Skills: step-by-step procedures your AI follows, such as a project summary, a bookkeeping ledger, a profit and loss statement or a medical chronology.
- A few lines for your AI's settings make it check and update Geistra without being asked.
Automation
- Tasks Geistra runs on a schedule or when something changes, even with no chat open: a morning summary by email, a report, a printable sheet filled in for the day.
- Multi-step pipelines: a task can save its results as records, and those new records can start the next task. A new receipt is read, its totals land in a collection, and a monthly summary is built from those. Limits on runs an hour keep two tasks from feeding each other without end.
- Date reminders when something is due or overdue.
- Email in (Plus and Pro): your own Geistra email address. Forward mail to it and its attachments are filed into the right Space, or wait for you to choose. Plus takes 50 emails a day, Pro 200.
- Connect other services: they can send events into a Space (each becomes a record), and Geistra can notify them when something changes, with a signed webhook or a private feed.
- Store keys for outside services safely (nobody can read one back, person or AI) and set up saved actions such as sending a text message, with daily limits and an opt-out list.
Plans
- Free ($0 a month): 100 MB, 3 Spaces, 100k AI tokens and 25 document pages a month, 25 files a day; files up to 10 mb.
- Plus ($24 a month): 5 GB, 15 Spaces, 3M AI tokens and 1,000 document pages a month, 500 files a day; files up to 200 mb; zips up to 1 gb; extra usage up to a limit you set.
- Pro ($59 a month): 25 GB, 50 Spaces, 10M AI tokens and 5,000 document pages a month, 2,000 files a day; files up to 2 gb; zips up to 5 gb; extra usage up to a limit you set.
- Paid plans can go past their limits ($6 per million AI tokens, $0.02 a page, $1 per GB a month), only up to a monthly limit you set.
- You can delete a Space, or your whole account, at any time.
