Geistra sits between you and the AI apps you use. These are the rules it is built on, and they are enforced in the system itself.
Geistra enforces access, not the AI
Every request is checked by Geistra before any data is touched. We never rely on an AI app to keep your information private.
People and AIs are separate
When you connect an AI app, it gets its own permissions. It can never do more than you can, and you can disconnect it instantly.
Sensitive actions ask you first
Inviting someone, changing who has access and similar actions always wait for your approval in Geistra, even if your AI asks for them.
Nothing is captured behind your back
Geistra stores what you or your AI deliberately save, not everything you say to your AI. Saving a conversation is always an explicit step.
Every change is attributed
Each change records who made it, through which AI, and when. Earlier versions are kept, so mistakes can be undone.
No silent overwrites
If two changes collide, Geistra keeps both and asks, rather than quietly throwing one away.
Encrypted and private by default
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS. Storage is never public, and files are shared only through short-lived, authorized links.
Your data belongs to you
Data belongs to you and your Space, not to the AI app that created it. You can export it or delete it.
